Welcome to Roaming Computer Technicians’ website, whether you are one of our existing and loyal customers, or a new customer, who has yet to work with us! We aim to ensure that your experiences with us at Roaming Computer Technicians, both online and in person, will be efficient, effective and budget friendly.
Offering a wide range of I.T. Services our Technicians are on hand to solve all your computing needs. From networking and ADSL to installations large and small, software and hardware upgrades and data recovery. We also offer the very unique service of Media conversions to help protect your treasured memories.
We are very proud to serve and service the KwaZulu-Natal, Westville community, and in our years of existence, have formed very close bonds with the community members and would like to thank everyone for their continued support.
How We Work
Our services are offered to you the customer, either on-site at your own premises, or if we feel the job is too large for us to manage without our workshop as backup, we will ask to take your hardware away to repair. All hardware will be signed for by customer and technician, and you will keep a copy of the paperwork. Repairs are guaranteed a 24 hour turnover from when they enter our workshop , unless otherwise stated.
An additional service we are currently testing is remote repairs. By the beginning of next year we hope to have this as a permanent service on offer.
We do not enter into contracts or retainer deals.
Our terms
Roaming Computer Technicians operates on a cash basis. We accept cash and cash cheques. RCT holds accounts with all major South African banks and is more than willing to accept direct deposits or EFT’s. Should you wish to make payment in this manner, we will email you our details. In the very near future we will be expanding to credit card facilities for your convenience.
